Open source also gives us, the designers, maximum design flexibility without making anything behind the scenes complicated for the customer to manage.

Allround Creative's clients are able to get fully hands on with the management of their web site with half an hour's training. The occasional call or top up training is all that's required to become fully proficient. As we work with a lot of people for whom web site maintenance is not their natural calling or core role, it's important that they feel confident and self-sufficient as quickly as possible. We find that even organisations who have several part-time or volunteer web site managers experience no difficulty in learning CMS and implementing effective content strategies (for example, our Not for Profit customers).
